Once you have contacted me via text or email and booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email there will be a link to fill out an online intake form. Please fill this out.

My address will be given after you contact me.  I am located in the Annex/Seaton Village community between Bathurst/Bloor and Bathurst/Dupont intersections. The entrance is from the side of the house towards the rear and down the steps.

As a Regulated Health Professional, I follow all the guidelines set out by the Ontario government and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) including disinfecting the room after each treatment, washing all linen and blankets after each use.
